  photo tumblr_inline_mfnhklqSrb1qdlkyg_zpsed7cec53.giffish cake, rainbow ball, taro puff cake (available at shabu-shabu frozen goods section in supermarkets)
  photo tumblr_inline_mfnhklqSrb1qdlkyg_zpsed7cec53.gifegg rolls (6 eggs, nori sheets, 3 tsp cornstarch, 3 tsp water, 1 onion leek stem, salt and pepper to taste)

First:

Steam fish cake, rainbow ball, taro puff cake and broccoli.

Second:

Prepare the egg rolls:

*Beat eggs
*Mix cornstarch, salt and pepper together and add to beaten eggs.
*Add chopped onion leeks
*Use a non-stick pan to cook egg mixture into thin omelette sheets.
*Roll the omelette sheets using a bamboo mat.
*Slice rolled omelette into the three to four smaller rolls.
*Use nori strips to secure smaller omelette rolls into place.

Third:

Partition the doshirak using lunchbox dividers. Neatly assemble food into place.
